The Center for Educational Research and Development (CRDP) was established under the law implemented by Decree No. 2356 on 10 /12/ 1971. It is a public institution which has a legal personality and enjoys financial and administrative independence. CRDP is directly linked to the Minister of Education and Higher Education who exercises a guardianship authority over it.
