The President of the Center for Educational Research and Development, Dr. Nada Oweijane, and the President of the Lebanese Alternative Learning (LAL) Association, Dr. Nayla Zreik Fahd, signed a joint agreement for establishing and developing a free e-learning platform known as "Tabshoura" which will be accessible for students in Lebanon.
Dr. Naji Ghora, the co-founder and Vice-President represented LAL, while CERD was represented by the attorney and legal adviser Ms. Jacqueline Massoud, the administrative director Mr. Charbel Musallem, Head of Pre-Service and In-Service Training Bureau Ms. Rania Ghosoub, Head of Educational Installations and Material Support Bureau Mr. George Nohra and Head of Accounting Division Mr. Walid Haidar.
Dr. Oweijane explained that this agreement comes within the framework of producing and disseminating educational publications in order to deliver digital resources as well as electronic activities and information for learners (which are consistent with the educational objective) because our priority is to ensure that all children have an effective educational experience and to avoid school dropout.
